What's Included in Your Data
- Health activity records (steps, heart rate, sleep, etc.)
- Device connection settings
- Family medical history
- Personal preferences and dashboard settings
- Blockchain wallet information (account deletion only)
Option 1: Export Your Data First (Recommended)
Steps to Export Data:
- Open the PrivexaAI app
- Navigate to the main welcome screen
- Scroll down to the "Data Management" section
- Tap
- Choose what to export:
- All Health Data: Complete health activity records
- Device Settings: Your device configurations
- Family History: Family medical history information
- Complete Backup: Everything (recommended)
- Wait for the export to complete
- Your data will be saved to your device's storage
- Important: Back up this exported data to cloud storage or transfer to another device
Export File Locations:
- Android: /storage/emulated/0/Android/data/com.privexa/files/exports/
- Files are saved as .json and .gpx formats
- Look for files named with your export date
Option 2: Delete Data Only (Keep Account Active)
What This Does:
- Removes all your health data and activity records
- Clears device settings and family history
- Keeps your account active for future use
- You can continue using the app with fresh data
Steps to Delete Data:
- Open the PrivexaAI app
- Navigate to the main welcome screen
- Scroll down to the "Data Management" section
- Tap
- First Warning Dialog: Read the warning carefully
- Option to "Export First" if you haven't already
- Tap to continue
- Confirmation Dialog: Type exactly DELETE MY DATA
- Tap
- Wait for deletion to complete
- You'll see "All data deleted successfully" message
- Your app will refresh showing empty state
After Data Deletion:
- Your account remains active
- You can start fresh with new health data
- Re-connect devices if desired
- App settings return to defaults
Option 3: Delete Account Completely
What This Does:
- Permanently deletes your account
- Removes all data (health, settings, family history)
- Deletes blockchain wallet and associated data
- Cannot be undone - account will need to be recreated from scratch
Steps to Delete Account:
- Export Data First (strongly recommended - see Option 1)
- Open the PrivexaAI app
- Navigate to the main welcome screen
- Scroll down to the "Data Management" section
- Tap
- First Warning Dialog:
- Reviews what will be deleted
- Option to "Export First"
- Tap to proceed
- Final Confirmation Dialog: Type exactly DELETE
- Tap
- Wait for account deletion to complete
- App will automatically return to login screen
- Your account is now permanently deleted
After Account Deletion:
- All data is permanently removed
- Account cannot be recovered
- You'll need to create a new account to use PrivexaAI again
- Previous blockchain wallet is permanently deleted

Can I recover my data after deletion?
No. Data deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. This is why we strongly recommend exporting your data first.
How long does the deletion process take?
- Data deletion: Usually 30-60 seconds
- Account deletion: 1-2 minutes including cleanup
What if I change my mind during the process?
You can tap "Cancel" at any confirmation dialog before typing the final confirmation text.
Do I need to delete data from connected devices separately?
No, PrivexaAI deletion only affects data stored in the app. Your fitness tracker or smartwatch will retain its local data.
Can I delete only specific types of data?
Currently, the delete function removes all data. Use the export feature to back up data you want to keep, then delete and manually re-import specific data if needed.
What about my blockchain wallet?
- Data deletion: Wallet remains active
- Account deletion: Wallet is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered
